A personal campaign is a new way to run your own fundraiser for York Habitat. With the Assistance from a Habitat staff member, we can set up an online platform for friends and family to access from anywhere. One of the most important benefits of a Personal Campaign is the ability to bring an overall awareness to York Habitat's mission, which is our biggest wish from this endeavor.
1. Make sure you have a Habitat account
Once a Campaign is created, it is connected to your Habitat account and personal e-mail. You can find the log-in/sign-up button on our home page: www.yorkhabitat.org
2. Contact York Habitat
Contact Kasey Lofties at email@example.com so she can set up your campaign!
3. Share your link!
Once the Campaign is created, you will be given the link to the page. Feel free to share it on your social media, and personally with whoever you would like to participate. Friends and family don't need a Habitat account to donate! You will be updated through your personal e-mail.
Optional: add a personalized message!
If you wish, tell Kasey you would like to add a video to your campaign. Kasey will help script and record a video that will accessible to anyone who visits your campaign's page!
